Accurately monitor and document patient status and vital signs nightly. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with safety checks. Identify and expedite clinical concerns promptly to ensure patient safety. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in electronic health records. Demonstrate adherence to infection control and safety protocols during night shifts. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure timely care plans. Participate in daily huddles and shift handoffs with emphasis on metrics and outcomes. Utilize standardized care plans and pipelines to forecast patient needs and resources. Maintain a high level of accountability for personal performance and results. Support professional development by pursuing learning opportunities and certifications.
