Embark on a dynamic, patient-centered role as an RN specializing in dialysis within a post-acute care setting, where you'll collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Bring at least two years of nursing experience to manage dialysis therapies, perform thorough patient assessments, and document care using a modern electronic charting system. This 13-week assignment offers guaranteed hours per week, with the possibility of weekend on-call rotations and opportunities to float to adjacent facilities to support census and staffing needs. If you hold ACLS and BLS certifications and are motivated to grow your clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment, you'll find meaningful patient impact and a supportive, collaborative team atmosphere.

Requirements:

• PD, CRRT, SLED, EPIC and Prismaflex experience required
• ACLS prior to start
• Fresenius T dialysis machines
