What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with an existing client base
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and mentor new team members
- Track daily field activity in Salesforce
- Work in-office
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and community-minded
- CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
- Clean background and reliable transportation required
