Provide expert pharmaceutical care as a Staff Pharmacist in a dynamic retail setting, supporting a well-established health center. This per diem position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality medication management services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction over a 4-week coverage period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license for the state of California.
• Proven experience as a Staff Pharmacist, preferably in retail pharmacy settings.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, RX processing, and patient counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
