Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 26-Week Assignment | Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across adult acute care, adult critical care, pediatric acute care, NICU, PICU, and the Emergency Department as part of a facility-wide team
• Manage and operate a variety of mechanical ventilators including Drager V500/VN500, Hamilton T1/C1, Respironics V30/V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:25 in acute care settings and 1:8 in critical care settings
• Fulfill call requirements, including a 2-hour call obligation for the oncoming shift
• Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR
• Float across departments as required, including NICU/PICU, pediatric acute care, ED, and adult critical care units

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required for NICU coverage
• Experience in a tertiary, teaching hospital environment with Level 1 Trauma designation
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Experience in NICU, PICU, and/or Cardiothoracic settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to float across multiple care areas within a large facility
