Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about helping residents move safely and live more independently.
Role OverviewThe PTA will provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist and contribute to individualized resident care plans.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver prescribed physical therapy treatments and functional interventions.
Assist residents with mobility, exercise, balance, transfers, and ambulation.
Track resident progress and report relevant findings to the supervising therapist.
Document treatment services in a complete and timely manner.
Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation and nursing teams.
Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong communication and resident-service skills.
Part-time.
