Social Media + Account Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social Media & Content Execution Write captions, copy, and creative briefs for assigned client accounts Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Maintain content calendars and ensure all posting deadlines are met Contribute ideas for campaigns, content series, and creative activations Client & Account Management Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts Communicate approvals, feedback, and status updates clearly and promptly Prepare meeting agendas, recap notes, and status reports Anticipate client needs and flag issues before they become problems Project Coordination Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple clients simultaneously Upload and organize assets, tasks, and updates in Trello Coordinate with the creative team and provide clear scopes of work and briefs Support logistics for shoot days, events, and client activations Keep project management systems current so nothing gets missed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 1–20 years of experience in a marketing, agency, or communications role Strong writing skills — you can craft a caption that converts and a brief that gets results Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts at once Proficiency with Trello, Google Workspace, and social media platforms Confident communicator — internally with the team and externally with clients A bias toward action: you follow up, you close loops, you don’t wait to be told twice Nice to Have Prior experience in an advertising or creative agency environment Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with influencer coordination, shoot production, or event support Eye for design and an understanding of what makes content perform Interest in growing into an Account Manager or Integrated Strategy role
