If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in ameaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family!Now Hiring a full-time Receptionist at our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Clarksville, IN.➢ What You'll Do• Perform all standard clerical duties (emailing, filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing etc.)• Greet, process, and direct all facility visitors as necessary, and answer all visitor/ family questions• Monitor phones and voicemail, and route all calls and messages appropriately• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as all UPS and Amazon shipments• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of reception area, and re-stock office supplies as necessary• Maintain pharmacy copay log and record all payments• Perform administrative errands as necessary, and any other duties as assigned➢ What We're Looking For• High School Diploma/ GED preferred• Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability at all time➢ Why Join Us?Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where each person is valued and greatness is pursued.
