Sales Support Representative - HVAC

Sales Support Representative Join our team as a Sales Support Representative, working hand‑in‑hand with sales associates to deliver personalized service and drive customer satisfaction. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers. Deliver personalized customer service via timely quotations and accurate sales orders. Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers. Answer sales calls, provide general information, and resolve customer concerns or questions. Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry is required. 1‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred. Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell. Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments. Motivated and customer‑service oriented with the ability to build relationships. General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. This role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
