Capital Planning Analyst

Are you an experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting? We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional to join a growing team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written communication skills Proficiency managing requisitions across multiple departments Experience working with any requisition tool/module Demonstrated knowledge of operational and capital budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting Strong background in FP&A Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with a focus on reporting accuracy and detail Demonstrated experience building financial models and reports for senior leadership and Boards of Directors Preferred: CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting degree Healthcare industry background Benefits: Weekly Pay After 30 days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.
