Must be reliable and punctual. Flexible schedule and availability on weekends and evenings. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a nurturing and caring environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prioritize the infant's needs and provide a comforting atmosphere. Maintain a clean and organized space. Collaborate with parents to maintain consistent routines and feeding schedules. Pay attention to detail and promptly report any concerns or emergencies.
