Position Title:
Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Specialist (ON-SITE)

Location:
Worthington/Lewis Center area

Start Date:   August 3rd
Compensation:  $19/hour

Work Hours:

• 8:00am-6:30pm (one day off during the week)
• 9:30am-8:00pm (one day off during the week)
• 11:30am–8:00pm
• Weekends may be required

Job Summary:
Seeking dedicated representatives to provide support and information to customers via phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mobile devices, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide support and information on products/services to customers
• Enter orders for new/additional products and services
• Help callers with mobile device-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot devices, assist with setup/provisioning, and coordinate with service providers/technicians
• Address and resolve customer questions and complaints
• Forward unresolved issues to specialists/staff
• Coordinate with service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators, and customers
• Prevent unwanted up-selling by service providers
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions
• Perform data entry and administrative/clerical duties
• Complete additional related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must pass an ATF Security clearance background and credit check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months+ customer service experience
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Experience with wireless devices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
