Job Details

• Position Description: This role evaluates patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural domains, and develops individualized care plans. It involves reviewing patient history and diagnostics, coordinating discharge planning, and ensuring documentation aligns with policies and standards.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting are required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role includes collaborating with healthcare team members, providing patient education, and ensuring continuous quality improvement. Candidates should be prepared to float between campuses as needed, caring for PCU, general telemetry monitored, and medical patients using a universal bed model.
