Details Neuroscience ICU setting caring for critically ill adult patients with neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, spinal cord injury, and complex comorbidities 24-bed unit with an average census of 22 Clinician to patient ratio of 1:2 36 hours per week on a rotating day/night shift schedule Every other weekend and every other holiday required Uses Epic charting system Requirements Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted) BLS certification required (AHA only) Minimum 2 years of strong critical care experience required Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required Neuro critical care nursing experience preferred Primary source verification of license/certification required within 30 days of start date Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to adult patients with complex neurological diagnoses and multisystem organ involvement Local candidates accepted with permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility at a reduced rate RTO must be identified prior to consideration Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping American Traveler Job ID P-742376.
