Physician - Chesterton & Merrillville, IN

Overview Urschel Laboratories has partnered with Marathon Health to provide a dedicated health center for employees. This role offers primary care to employees at our health centers in Chesterton and Merrillville, Indiana through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. Responsibilities Provide patient‑centered primary care, including preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and wellness services to a panel of approximately 800‑1000 employees. Conduct appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, allowing comprehensive care without time constraints. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Advanced Practice Providers, to coordinate and improve health outcomes. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited medical school. Completed residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Pediatric training. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required. Active state medical license required. DEA license preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at hire. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $182,000 – $240,000 for 32 hours per week, with eligibility for an annual incentive.
