Lou Lou's Tavern is now open at The Refinery , and we're looking for a dependable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team . Our chef-driven menu is built on thoughtful preparation, consistent execution, and quality ingredients in an approachable tavern setting.

Inspired by The Refinery’s historic train system, Lou Lou’s is a vibey, welcoming tavern - big booths, a lively bar, outdoor seating, and a natural connection to the venue’s live music culture. With upcoming concerts and large-scale activations, this will be a high-energy environment where hospitality and momentum go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Communicate clearly with team members during service

• Support overall kitchen operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Team-oriented mindset

• Attention to detail and pride in your work
