Location UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Outpt Pavilion, Aurora, CO, USA Job Details Department: Neurology Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $22.14 - $28.78 per hour, based on experience Position Type: Onsite (no hybrid or remote option) Career Ladder: Structured growth opportunities Summary Leads team members of an assigned area or function by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures. Provide mentoring, monitoring, coaching, and contribute to evaluation of team members' performance. Serve as a positive role model promoting efficiency, quality, teamwork, and cooperation. Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow, and promote situational decision‑making/problem solving. Perform all responsibilities of the primary role. Take responsibility for, or provide guidance to team members on handling simple or complex issues. Utilize critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
