Quality Management SystemsMaintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with:IATF 16949Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)Applicable regulatory and statutory requirementsDevelop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.Coordinate management review activities and monitor quality system performance metrics.Ensure document control processes are effective and compliant.Internal & External AuditsPlan, conduct, and coordinate:Internal auditsLayered Process Audits (LPAs)Product auditsProcess auditsServe as primary contact during customer and third-party certification audits.Lead audit response activities and verify implementation of corrective actions.Customer and Supplier Quality SupportAssist with supplier quality system development and compliance activities.Review customer quality requirements and ensure deployment throughout the organization.APQP and Launch SupportSupport Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities.Participate in:PFMEA developmentControl Plan creationMSA studiesPPAP submissionsProcess validation activitiesTraining and DevelopmentTrain employees on quality system requirements and procedures.Develop awareness of quality standards throughout the organization.Mentor cross-functional teams in problem-solving and quality methodologies.Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or other technically related fields plus two (2) years relevant experience or Associate's degree with minimum four (4) years relevant experience.Experience in maintaining an IATF 16949-certified Quality Management SystemStrong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate leadership ability and the ability to work within a team.Must be proficient in the use of business software such as Excel, Word, and MS-Outlook.
