Blueprints is hiring a Consumer Family Satisfaction Team Member

Skills, Abilities and Experience

Knowledge of Washington County social service network and community resources.
Must be able to work independently without close daily supervision.
Consumer/family member of mental health and/or substance abuse.
Must have good verbal, written and listening skills.
Must be able to interact with a variety of people.
Must possess good social skills.
Must have a willingness to enhance computer skills.
Must have strong phone skills.
Must present a professional appearance.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Essential Functions

Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
Organize materials and daily time schedules.
Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with consumers and/or family members of mental health/substance abuse programs at service sites or at the Blueprints office.
Complete office responsibilities (checking completed surveys for accuracy, filing surveys appropriately, submitting time/travel sheets in a timely manner).
Attend meetings, trainings, conferences as required.
Participate in organizing and/or attending CFST events.
