About the Position

The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adults and geriatrics. Patient ratios are typically 1:6. The nurse will be skilled in administering medications, managing IVs, and performing assessments. Experience with charting systems such as Epic is preferred. The nurse will also handle duties related to tracheostomy care, wound care, and post-operative management. We support an interdisciplinary team approach, collaborating with physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy among others. Candidates must be able to manage a diverse patient population and respond effectively to emergencies. This position requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. All applicants are required to possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
