Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 2nd Shift Job Summary Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and other health metrics Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with mobility and transfer techniques Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services Promote a safe and healthy environment for residents and colleagues Requirements Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of patient acuity Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, each with their unique needs and stories.
