Provides recruiting support of all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership. Provides guidance/training to field and corporate hiring managers on job postings, candidate selection, interviews, job offers, etc. Creates, reviews and approves job requisitions/postings, offer letters. Ensure policies and procedures are followed. Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting ATS and other sourcing methods. Screens resumes/applications for key roles. Conducts screening interviews for hiring managers. Performs regular audits of job requisitions. Work is generally independent and collaborative, gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, department heads and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and preferences.

· Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for factory hiring managers to assist with determining staffing needs and develop a tailored recruiting approach.

· Active & regular sourcing of candidates for assigned requisitions, including all levels from entry level positions to leadership.

· Identify and recruit qualified candidates including entry-level roles to senior leadership through various networking channels and throughout social media such as LinkedIn.

· Build a pipeline of talent of all levels using ATS and social media methods such as LinkedIn.

· Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for assigned requisitions including entry-level roles; Schedule follow-up interviews for hiring managers.

· Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent and regular communication.

· Provide guidance to hiring managers, including the training and usage of ATS system, job descriptions, bonus/commission plans, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and candidate experience.

· Create, review, approve, maintain all job requisitions, postings, offer letters using ATS.

· Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates.

· Performing other administrative duties, tasks and responsibilities related as assigned by the Tuff Shed management.

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 4 years of field and corporate recruiting experience at a nationwide level including exempt, non-exempt, and sales roles. This includes entry-level roles to leadership.

· 3 years’ experience in sourcing and managing candidates using ATS while building candidate pipelines using social media such as LinkedIn.

· Recruiting experience in a fast paced, high-volume organization.

· Experience partnering with and building relationships at all levels within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and HRIS and ATS Internet applications required.

Ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage talent.

Ability to partner and collaborate with HR team members regarding pre-boarding, employee status changes, employee inquiries, etc.

Ability to work independently as required while partnering with hiring managers, HR team and colleagues.

Ability to track success using key metrics such as hiring volume, time-to-fill, candidate pipeline/experience.

Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment.

Ability to use arithmetic, mathematical, accounting and financial tools.

Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form.

Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed.

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public.

Ability to work scheduled in-office hours is required in order to:

Allow for direct supervision, observation of work performance, real time coaching and feedback, clarification of assignments and priorities, and timely intervention when questions, errors, or last-minute changes arise.

Provide face-to-face onsite and real-time support to other employees, management, and leadership.

Adapt to changing priorities, obtain direction and approvals, receive job-related feedback, observe and participate in company culture to assist with problem solving, and building relationships with onsite interdepartmental peers and leaders.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field or requisite experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL:

Duties are performed in the following work environments: Minimal travel to local career fairs or factory sites

Indoor office - cubical setting
