POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Culpeper County office in Culpeper, VA

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Total compensation — which includes base salary, commissions, and performance-based earnings — is driven by your individual effort, hustle, and the relationships you build with members. The figures above reflect average first-year Agent earnings across our agency network. The ceiling? There isn't one. We’re looking to hire a full-time Insurance Sales Agent to work in our Culpeper County Office . This position will service existing accounts while growing new business in the surrounding area.

Our Insurance Sales Agents start with an existing book of business, a base salary and the potential for additional income from a variety of sources:

• Lucrative Sign-On Bonus!

• Financial Product Renewals
• Monetary cash bonus’ and incentive trips
