We are looking for a few hardworking and fun individuals to join our Flea Style intern program. Our interns will have the opportunity to have direct, hands‑on experience working in our Dallas headquarters and at our store locations to learn the ins and outs of running a fast‑growing retail business. At Flea Style we are a small but mighty team. Our tight‑knit group of employees wear many hats and do what it takes to get the job done. We are looking for interns who can embody that same can‑do spirit and are excited to take on both big and small jobs to help get things done all while growing in your professional experience. This is an unpaid internship opportunity, eligible for up to 40 hours per week. Required Skills: Interest in fashion merchandising, retail, or small business. High attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast‑paced deadlines. Can‑do, team‑player attitude and a desire to learn. Requirements: Assist Buying and Marketing departments with brainstorming campaign ideas and day‑to‑day operations. Assist with planning monthly content calendar, including showcasing our vendors. Collaborate with buying team to create new inventory strategy. Create outfit laydowns with slow‑moving inventory by styling it with new product. Assist our Events and Operations team with needs that support business growth. Review and communicate monthly analytics. This internship is part‑time, 2‑3 days a week and you must be able to provide the appropriate paperwork from your school in order to be considered. You will be required to be at a DFW store location one day each week and in our HQ located in Dallas, TX any additional days.
