Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

RN – Cath Lab

Shift pattern: 4x10s (rotating)

Shift times: 0700-1730 (rotating), 0700-1730 late, and 1000-2030 (as needed)

Weekends: Every other weekend required

Call/on-call: Rotating call required

Guaranteed hours: 40/week

RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience

Minimum 1 year of electrophysiology (EP) experience required

Trauma Level I experience required

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

EMR: EPIC

Interventional scrub experience required

Provide RN circulator support during diagnostic and interventional procedures

Administer conscious sedation under attending direction

Monitor and assess patient vital signs

Document patient information and interventions in the EMR system

May assist in running hemodynamic monitoring and related technical responsibilities

Maximum request time off: 7 days; no RTO the first week; no new RTO after submission

Must pass Relias EKG exam

Fit testing may be required; facial hair must allow for proper testing
