Overview Job Title: Refrigeration Technician Pay Rate: $21/hr. on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to test refrigerated display cases and ensure product performance meets company and industry standards. This role involves refrigeration system testing, troubleshooting, brazing, equipment maintenance, refrigeration piping installation, and functional testing. Responsibilities Set up and perform performance testing on refrigerated display cases. Evaluate test results and recommend improvements. Perform brazing on copper-to-copper, brass, aluminum, and other dissimilar metals. Install refrigeration piping, equipment, and small condensing units. Maintain test equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Read and interpret piping and electrical schematics. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification. Ability to read and understand piping and electrical schematics. At least 1 year of experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing commercial or residential HVAC and/or refrigeration equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to operate power tools and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills. Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, pull, squat, and kneel as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations, noise, dust, mechanical equipment, and exposure to industrial chemicals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
