Optum is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Client Contracting to negotiate, draft, and advise on complex client contracts involving PBM services and related healthcare offerings. The role supports business partners across Sales, Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations with substantial autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Required are a J.D., active U.S. license, and 5+ years in healthcare commercial contracting, plus strong negotiation and risk assessment
