Retail Sales Associate — Legacy Toys

At Legacy Toys, we believe shopping for toys should be as fun as playing with them. As a Retail Sales Associate, you're the face of that experience — welcoming customers of all ages, helping them find exactly what they're looking for, and making sure every visit feels worth coming back for.

What you'll do:

• Greet and welcome customers as they walk in
• Help customers find products and answer questions about features, pricing, and special orders
• Share your knowledge — and enthusiasm — about our products, including hands-on demos when possible
• Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and our rewards program
• Handle customer checkouts
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best
• Handle customer concerns promptly and with a positive attitude
• Share customer feedback with your Store Manager
• Stay current on new products and what's trending
• Attend team meetings
• Make someone's day a little brighter

What we're looking for:

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
• Friendly, clear communicator who can connect with kids and adults alike
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• A genuinely positive attitude (it's contagious)
