Community Manager - Northern Kentucky BRG Realty Group, LLC is an award-winning owner and operator of apartment communities in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Job Purpose The Community Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of an assigned apartment community, including leasing and maintenance operations. Essential Duties Regularly supervise at least two employees Maintain satisfactory occupancy and collection levels Ensure excellent resident relations and resolve concerns Enforce lease agreements, rules, and regulations Oversee maintenance activities, rent collection, and bank deposits Assist in annual operating and capital budgets Inspect apartments for move‑in readiness and move‑out, prepare paperwork Monitor property performance against budget daily and issue purchase orders Deliver eviction notices and represent the company in eviction court when needed Manage, lead, and motivate leasing and maintenance staff Maintain market survey data and online marketing for unit availability and pricing Ensure all company documents are appropriately filed All other duties as assigned Performance Factors Dependable completion of work in a timely, accurate manner Effective verbal and written communication with managers, co‑workers, and external parties Professional demeanor and constructive relationships Compliance with all policies and procedures Availability for weekend, holiday, and evening hours if necessary Willingness to be assigned to other BRG managed communities as needed Valid driver’s license for company business Requirements 5+ years of management experience Yardi experience required Valid driver’s license required Auto insurance required Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of fair housing laws Location In person. Schedule 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
