Embedded Systems EngineerThis position is onsite at Sunnyvale, CA.Experience level: 8+ Years• Should be able to work independently as individual contributor• Design and develop Embedded systems / IoT products• Experience in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, design code for efficiency, and target different platforms such as GPU, Cloud…etc.• Experience in Imaging Science, Image Processing, Computer Vision, or related fields, image quality testing of camera systems and familiar with image quality metrics and analysis in the camera pipeline• Knowledge of image formation process (spectrum, optics/aberrations, PSF, sensor noise, Fourier theory, sampling/aliasing) needed to successfully model and simulate complex imaging phenomena• Hands on experience in the development of lab setups for camera system performance study• Experiences in camera calibration and modeling of imaging systems• Familiar with image sensor, imaging optics, and image processing algorithms• Ability to work with minimal direction and managing a project independently from start to finish• Debug issue and find root-cause of the problem.• Co-ordinate multi location teamMust have Skills:• Understanding of image formation, image capturing and image processing pipeline and techniques• Python/Matlab/C/C++ programming skills• Understanding of subjective and objective image quality evaluation metric and testing procedure.
