Leasing Specialist - Meadow Creek Apartments

Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in creating a welcoming community by assisting prospective residents, maintaining positive relationships with current residents, and driving leasing success through excellent customer service, marketing efforts, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process
- Track and log all inquiries, phone calls, and walk-in traffic
- Prepare weekly traffic reports and maintain marketing materials
- Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready by coordinating unit preparations and performing light cleaning as needed
- Plan and execute resident retention initiatives, including community events and outreach programs
- Monitor market trends and visit competitor properties quarterly to stay informed on specials and pricing
- Assist management in building strong resident relations and supporting daily operations
- Coordinate marketing efforts and promote the community through outreach events
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for resident documents, invoices, and vendor records
- Assist with administrative duties, including handling resident correspondence, scheduling tours, and processing paperwork
