Warehouse Supervisor

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Akron As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods in and out You will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers providing guidance and support as needed The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities Salary $1600 per month Location Akron Accommodation Provided We offer competitive salary benefits package and a supportive work environment Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and shipping goods Manage a team of warehouse workers assigning tasks and monitoring their performance Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and maintained Monitor stock levels and order new supplies as needed Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree in logistics or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role Knowledge of inventory management systems experience with WMS preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Must have biometric passport Must be able to speak English fluently #J-18808-Ljbffr
