Internship Overview As a Global Broking intern, you will spend your summer embedded on active trading desks, learning directly from brokers and product specialists in government bonds, foreign exchange, and energy futures. Your days will be shaped by real exposure to the business and will offer a fast‑paced environment that requires speed, precision, and insight. Responsibilities Shadow brokers during live trade execution and observe institutional price discovery in interdealer markets. Practice on student Bloomberg terminals to build fluency with market data and trading tools. Explore other functions across the firm, from operations and compliance to post‑trade services. Eligibility Criteria Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship is offered). Able to relocate at own cost if required; TP ICAP does not provide relocation or housing assistance. Ideal Candidates Curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in financial markets. Adaptable and composed under pressure, willing to take initiative. Strong communicators who can listen, ask questions, and build relationships. Collaborative team players who thrive in fast‑paced environments. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Comfortable with light technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
