Qualifications:

• Active Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) license required
• Experience working with students with autism and a range of other disabilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Background in conducting student assessments and developing intervention plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological and educational assessments
• Design, implement, and monitor interventions for individual student needs
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive educational plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and other team discussions
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and services provided
