What You'll Do Build and grow relationships with EMS agencies, fire departments, police departments, and other public safety organizations in your territory. Provide product insights, demonstrations, and pricing support that reflect the urgency and precision of the field. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued. Represent Bound Tree at trade shows, conferences, and industry events - becoming a trusted voice in the community. What You Bring Experience in EMS, fire, or pre-hospital care—or a strong track record in outside B2B sales with a desire to serve a mission-driven customer base. The ability to connect with people who live and breathe public safety. A mindset focused on growth, service, and meaningful impact. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $40,000 to $60,000 annually. In addition, employees participate in an uncapped commission plan.
