Bartender/Server

We are seeking a personable and reliable hospitality professional to deliver a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. This role combines attentive table service with skilled beverage preparation, requiring strong communication, efficiency, and a commitment to quality service. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining awareness of guest needs. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns professionally. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the bar throughout the shift. Restock supplies, glassware, and service items as needed. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth operations and a positive guest experience. What We're Looking For Prior experience in bartending, serving, or a similar hospitality role is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, guest-focused environment. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash and payment processing. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to remain organized, professional, and composed under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must meet any age or licensing requirements applicable to alcohol service in the local jurisdiction. On-call banquet staff Preferred Qualifications Experience with point-of-sale systems. Food handler or alcohol service certification, where required or preferred. Familiarity with menu items, craft cocktails, or specialty beverages.
