Account Manager

【Summary】 Acts as the primary point of contact for customers in North America regarding after-sales service for specialized equipment. Responsible for daily communication and service coordination, supporting smooth interactions between customers and the company’s domestic and international teams. Business-level Japanese proficiency is required. Contributes flexibly to overall team objectives. 【Essential Duties】 Maintain regular communication with existing customers (primarily battery manufacturers) Coordinate after-sales service activities, including regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and parts/modification requests Gather customer needs and provide accurate feedback to Hirano Tecseed Japan Maintain and update installed base information Support quotation preparation and billing-related documentation Coordinate schedules between HA service engineers, local partners, and customers Collect market, customer, and competitor information Assist in developing and expanding service agreements Provide initial responses to new customer inquiries Provide logistical support for visiting staff from Hirano Tecseed Japan (hotel arrangements, transportation, on-site support, etc.) Support English communication during visits and customer interactions Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and customer needs 【Working Hours / Working style】 Full-time, office-based.
