Protect & Maintain Our Facility - keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail. Drive Performance - monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results. Own the Admin - handle scheduling, payroll, hiring, and team documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Champion Safety & Compliance - ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe. What You’ll Need: 5+ years of retail or hospitality management experience (Required) Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings. Possess a valid driver license.
