FranU Program Coordinator (RN), Phlebotomy and Patient Care Training Job Description Program Coordinator for Phlebotomy and Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training FranU Watch FranU's Mission Video at: The Program Coordinator for Phlebotomy and Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Phlebotomy and PCT Training Programs. The position supports accreditation compliance, student success initiatives, and clinical partnerships to ensure graduates are prepared for workforce entry.
