\nOpportunity Highlights
\n Patient Mix: Choose your ideal practice - Adults only, or a blended Adult and Pediatric panel\n Case Mix: General Otolaryngology with opportunities in Head & Neck Surgery and/or Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
\n Built-In Patient Base: Hit the ground running with a robust, established referral network
\n Schedule: Full-time | 2-3 office days + 2-3 OR days per week
\n Patient Volume: ~40 patients/day | 750-850 ENT cases annually
\n Call Schedule: 7-12 days/month with opportunities for additional call and supplemental compensation
\n Culture: Collegial, supportive team environment with deep collective experience and expertise
\n Locations:3 practice sites across Middlesex County
\n Dedicated Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Clinical Assistants, PAs, Surgical Coordinators, and Schedulers
\n Leadership:Transparent, accessible administration that values open dialogue and collaboration

Requirements:
\n Successful completion of an appropriate ACGME or AOA accredited residency and/or fellowship.
\n Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board.
\n MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
\n CDS and DEA license
\n Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance

\n Centrally located with access to access to New York City and Philadelphia \n Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 125,000.00 - 750,000.00 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
