What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable.
• Coordinate seating to maximize both guest experience and restaurant flow.
• Communicate effectively with managers, servers, and support staff.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with guest inquiries.
• Maintain an organized, polished, and inviting reception area.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with grace and urgency.

We’re Looking For

• A positive, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Previous restaurant or luxury hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
