Compensation Options

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

• SLPA: $46,000–$52,000 annually
• CF-SLP: $65,000–$72,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

• SLPA: $26–$46/hour
• CF-SLP: $50–$56/hour
  (Both based on experience and bilingual status)

• 30+ hours/week (full-time benefits included)
• Preferred schedule but NOT required: 4-day work week
  • 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)

• Licensed (or eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist Intern or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Texas
• Passionate about pediatric therapy
