This residential treatment facility provides therapeutic services to adolescent girls within a structured, supportive care environment. The facility operates through a collaborative multidisciplinary team model focused on mental health intervention and personal development. Clinicians work on-site and contribute to a comprehensive program that integrates therapy, life-skills development, and family engagement.

Salt Lake City offers a range of cultural, historic, and outdoor activities suited to diverse interests. Visitors may explore the Natural History Museum, Utah Olympic Park, and Utah's Hogle Zoo, as well as hiking trails such as Albion Basin and rock climbing in Little Cottonwood Canyon. The city also serves as a base for day trips to nearby national parks and other regional attractions throughout Utah.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adolescent girls during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week within a residential treatment setting. The clinician will address clinical presentations including depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include supporting life-skills development, family engagement, and experiential programming designed to promote resilience, academic achievement, and greater independence. Call coverage is required for this position.
