Youth Support & Crisis Care Specialist

Allendale seeks a Youth Support Specialist to actively engage in emergency shelter and transitional living programs, delivering individual and group activities, guidance, and support for residents’ safety, crisis stabilization, health, and education. You will help maintain records and assist with the physical environment. The role includes 1st and 2nd shift coverage.
