- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- From an ABET-accredited university
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- SE license strongly preferred
- 10-15 years of directly related structural engineering experience
- Structural design experience with:
- Steel
- Concrete
- Masonry
- Experience on commercial, institutional, federal, or industrial buildings
- Consulting engineering background (client-facing role)
- Experience leading projects and/or mentoring engineers
- Proficiency with structural software such as:
- RISA
- RAM Structural System
- ETABS
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Enercalc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No visa sponsorship available
- Willing to travel and work overtime as required
