Senior PVD/CVD (Physical Vapor Deposition and/or Chemical Vapor Deposition) Equipment Engineer focuses on safety and quality, playing an essential role in improving our manufacturing processes by installing, maintaining, optimizing, and developing our PVD/CVD equipment. Your expertise enhances the production of high‑quality semiconductor components pivotal to our customers' success. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield. We seek someone who enjoys hands‑on work, values collaboration, and is eager to dive deep into the technical aspects of semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities Installation and qualification of industry leading PVD/CVD equipment in our new cleanroom. PVD/CVD equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment‑related issues affecting production. Use project management methodology to complete projects that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies. Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive benchmark equipment performance. Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies. Minimum Required Qualifications 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with PCVD equipment. BS or Masters in an Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+ years industry experience. Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a detail‑oriented approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills.
