Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused dietary aide to join our senior living community. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests while creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building relationships with seniors, and is committed to delivering outstanding service as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve meals to residents with a warm and friendly attitude
• Assist with setting up, serving, and clearing the dining area
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen items
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining space
• Contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and team members

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary we will train you
• Willingness to learn and serve others
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
