Purchasing Data Entry ClerkEmerald Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Data Entry Clerk to support our Purchasing team by accurately entering, maintaining, and updating purchasing data. Come and work in a supportive, fun team atmosphere where the work is meaningful, and careers have no limits!Responsibilities:Responsible for the purchase of MRO items and reorder pointsAssists buyers with order entry, rescheduling, and expediting requestsTracks orders to ensure timely delivery and follows up as needed to confirm changesPrepares reports for review and may take action based on department needMay assist with quoting and order entry of quick turn ordersInterfaces with Emerald Technologies Medford's supply base daily. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, required. Able to work effectively with others required. Excellent math skills.Interfaces with all functional departments within Emerald Technologies. Must possess outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Occasionally meets with vendors, including in-person meetings, Teams calls, and location visits.Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills and ability to manage time well. Must be a team player and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
