BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORD/REP

Responsibilities

The Pride Program is now part of Foundations Minnesota , a new entity designed to strengthen mental and behavioral health services, expand programming, and ensure long-term sustainability. This transition allows us to better meet the needs of our communities while also preserving the Pride Program's LGBTQ+ specialty outpatient track.

What does this mean for our patients and partners?
  • Our Minneapolis outpatient location will continue offering the Pride Program's LGBTQ+ specialty track.
  • In Eden Prairie , we are starting outpatient services to include anyone 18+ who needs substance use disorder (SUD) or co-occurring mental health support.
  • Looking ahead, Primary Mental Health services will be added in 2026 to meet growing needs.
This transition reflects our commitment to inclusive, high-quality care and positions us to serve more individuals with comprehensive behavioral health solutions.

Foundations Minnesota is seeking an outgoing and hard-working Business Development Representative to join the BD team. The Business Development Representative is responsible for establishing, developing and growing the assigned territory and specific accounts throughout the Twin Cities area. This position is responsible for driving results for their region by engaging both new and existing referral sources. This position does require travel throughout Minnesota, but will be reimbursed for mileage. This is a salaried, full-time, benefits-eligible position at our Eden Prairie Outpatient Treatment Center, with an afternoon/evening schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health, psychology, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Must possess a minimum of one year of recent experience in performance driven sales, event planning or business development setting
  • Must have experience in account development and proven ability to close sales
  • Knowledge of addictions, dually diagnosed/co-occurring disorders for adults preferred
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software)
  • Must have a good driving record and be willing to provide annual Motor Vehicle/Driving records.
