Summary/Scope: Assist the Financial Aid Office with day-to-day operations relating to student(s) accounts and financial aid management as well as general support for Financial Aid staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail.
• Data entry.
• Scanning documents.
• Fielding phone calls concerning general financial aid questions.
• Assist Financial Aid staff with tasks as assigned.
• Have the ability to be trained in and fully comply with FERPA information privacy regulations.

Education/Experience: Previous office experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods during your work shift.

Additional Information: Our office hours are Monday Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; you must be available during these times. Ideally 15 hours per week is desired.
